Born in Brescia (Italy), she made her debut in the role of Cherubino in I due Figaro (Merchant) in Salzburg, staged by Muti, a production she also starred in at the Ravenna Festival, at Real de Madrid and at Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. She has worked on the main stages such as alla Scala in Milan, Arena in Verona, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Rome Opera, Regio in Turin, Real in Madrid, Liceu in Barcelona, Salzburg Festival, Vienna Staatsoper, operas in Paris, Monte Carlo and Lausanne, among others. She participated in titles such as Carmen, El barbero de Sevilla, Norma, Così fan tutte, Las bodas de Figaro, Romeo y Julieta, Nabucco, I Puritani, Fausto, Cavalleria rusticana, Madama Butterfly. She has collaborated with great conductors such as Campanella, Ettinger, Fasolis, Humburg, Luisi, Mehta, Muti, Palumbo, Pidò, Rizzi, Santi, Steinberg and Thielemann. She opened the season 2016 of alla Scala in Milan with Madama Butterfly and the season 2017 with Andrea Chénier directed by Riccardo Chailly.
