Gustavo López Manzitti
TENOR

He was born in Buenos Aires. He studied piano at the Carlos López Buchardo National Conservatory, harmony, composition and orchestral conducting. His performances include A Night of Stars at Opera Tampa, invited by baritone Sherrill Milnes in 2011, a concert for which Plácido Domingo named him Revelation of the season. He sang leading roles in theaters in Europe and America, in titles such as Cavalleria rusticana, Pagliacci, I due Foscari, Don Carlos, Il trovatore, Tosca, Carmen and La dama de picas. At the Teatro Colón he has performed in La Bohème, Carmen, I Lombardi, Doña Francisquita, Armida, Mahagonny, Simón Boccanegra, Bebe Dom, Adriana Lecouvreur, Tristán e Isolda and Ariadna en Naxos.
