Maximiliano Iglesias
PRINCIPAL DANCER

Born in Tigre (Buenos Aires), he began his studies at the age of 10 at Julio Bocca Foundation with teachers such as Patricia Carraro, Silvia Bazilis, Raul Candal, Katty Gallo, Ricardo Rivas and Daniel Negroni. At the age of 12 he entered Teatro Colón’s Instituto Superior de Arte where he studied with Igor Gopkalo, Tatiana Fesenko, Rina Valverde and Roberto Dimitrievich. At the age of 16 he joined Teatro Colón’s Permanent Ballet dancing as soloist and principal dancer in La Bayadera, Sylvia, Sleeping Beauty of the Forest, Swan Lake, Manon, The Corsair, Carmen, Paganini, The Nutcracker, Symphony in C, Our Waltzes, among others.
