Depth, warmth and tenderness make Aida Garifullina´s voice, the Russian soprano of Tartar origin, unmistakable to the public and critics. Her great musical taste, style and emotion, combined with her natural beauty and youth, make her one of the most charming figures in opera today. Winner of the Operalia 2013 international competition, she is currently a soloist soprano of the Vienna State Opera and artist of the famous DECCA label. This presentation marks her debut in Argentina.

Created in 1946 with the name of "Municipal Theater Symphony Orchestra", it was the first exclusively symphonic official orchestra of the city of Buenos Aires. Its first regular directors were the teachers Lamberto Baldi and Jaime Pahissa.
