Gerardo Gandini Focus
It is impossible to discuss experimentation at Teatro Colón without evoking Gerardo Gandini (1936-2013), the first director and driving force of the CETC, as well as the composer and producer who legitimized musical theater in Argentina.
In March, the CETC will focus on his pieces and works as well as the premiere of the film Works and Days by Juan Villegas to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
“GANDINI BAND” CONCERT
Musical memory of Gandini's first productions at Teatro Colón. Experimental program made up of versions and reorchestrations of the iconic works of the early years.
Pieces by Gerardo Gandini, Marta Lambertini, Arnold Schöenberg, Igor Stravinsky and Claudio Monteverdi, among others.
