Opera returns to the Teatro Colón going back to its original essence. The pieces by Monteverdi that are part of this program will transport us to the Italy of the early 17th Century, where we will witness the birth of lyric drama. Full of madrigalism, they are true jewels of this art that sought, in each musical gesture, to achieve the maximum expression of the text.
